Step 1: Preliminary Construction & Decorating Process Meeting
​A simple preliminary meeting at our office...no cost, no commitment! Let's just chat about your project and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Step 2:   In Home Consultation Meeting for up to 2 hours ($150)
​If we determine we are in fact a good fit, we will meet for a consultation.  After the consultation, our team will quote you a flat fee for our design time.  This way you are aware of costs before making any kind of committment!
  • Project Assessment
  • Photograph space for design & decorating assessment
  • Provide a Project Overview with Recommendations
  • Set up Contract & Designer Visits to receive quotes (painting, electrical,  CAD designs)
                            ***​Drawings require a $500 retainer, but this fee will go towards total project bill if you use AMH.
  • Provide detailed Estimate to Client which can be revised as needed

During the home consultation, Amy Marino Homes will:

  • Assess Project
  • Photograph space for design & decorating assessment

After the consultation, client will receive:

  • Project Overview with Recommendations

Amy Marino Homes will also:

  • Set up Contract & Designer Visits to receive quotes (painting, electrical, CAD designs)
  • Provide detailed Estimate to Client which can be revised as needed

Design Consultation Fee
Step 3:   Design Process   
Once contract is signed, we will create implementation plan and move towards scheduling services.  Client will receive detailed schedule of project including dates/times for contractors and will receive timely progress updates.
  • Design development- Whether it's furnishings, new construction or remodeling, leave the designing to us...all you have to do is approve the selections!
  • Order management-We handle that too!  From placing orders, to managing orders, to creating construction plans for our contractor and everything in between
  • Installation- Once all your materials  and furnishing arrive, we come to your home and execute one full install, top to bottom.
